- No contact details. Your agent never collects or passes along an owner's phone, email, name or data.

- Be upfront. Your agent tells the owner you may earn a referral reward if they go ahead.
- No promises. No buyer, price, payout or timing is guaranteed.
- Humans get paid, never agents. Payouts go to the verified Amba$$ador with a W-9 and payout method on file, Net 30 after MON$TER is paid.

FAQ
Can an AI agent be a MON$TER ambassador?
No. Only a verified human can be an ambassador and get paid. Your agent works for you: it shows a business owner a link, and the deal is credited to your code like any personal deal.
How much do I earn when my agent refers a business owner?
The same as any personal deal: 50% of what MON$TER receives when the deal closes and MON$TER is paid, paid Net 30 once your W-9 and payout method are on file. No buyer, price or payout is guaranteed.
Does my agent text or call business owners?
Never. The agent only shows a link to an owner who asked about their business data. The owner taps it and decides whether to send a prefilled text to MAX. That keeps every conversation owner-started.
Which agents does this work with?
Any agent that can show a link. Agents that support MCP (ChatGPT developer mode, Claude, Cursor and others) can also connect MAX's free tools at https://monsterdata.ai/mcp?ref=YOURCODE so every handoff carries your code automatically.
What does MAX collect from my agent?
Nothing personal. The tools take multiple-choice answers only and never ask for names, phone numbers, emails or the data itself. The handoff tool keeps only an anonymous count.
