Privacy Policy

Last updated November 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Monster Data Agents LLC (“MON$TER,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit monsterdata.ai, text our number, request a data valuation, or join our ambassador program. By using our services you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, business name, website, email address, mobile number, and the details you share about your business and its data (for example industry, size and years in operation). If you join the ambassador program or The Bank, we also collect your legal name, filing type, mailing address, the last four digits of your SSN or EIN (never the full number) and your payout method or handle, so we can pay and report commissions.

Text messages. The content of messages you send to or receive from our text line, including messages handled by our AI assistant, Max, and one-time verification codes.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring site, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags, gclid or fbclid. Some of this is stored in your browser’s session storage so we can tell which channel brought you here.

Cookies and tracking. With your consent we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. They do not load until you click Accept on our cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Business data you license

MON$TER helps businesses license business data. We ask data owners to remove or de-identify personal information before any data is shared unless they have a lawful basis and the consents required to share it. We do not ask for personal information contained in data assets during a valuation.

MAX Data Value Check (ChatGPT plugin and MCP server)

What it receives. When you use MAX Data Value Check in ChatGPT or another AI assistant, or try it on our demo page, the assistant sends our server only the multiple-choice answers the tool needs: industry, employee range, years of records, data types, data volume, update frequency, how long core systems have been in place, whether you sell to businesses or consumers, whether records include personal or health information (yes/no only), headquarters region, where the data is stored, a glossary term, or a company-name filter. The tool does not ask for or accept your name, contact details, account credentials, payment card data, government identifiers, patient or health details, or the data itself.

How it is used. Answers are used only to compute the result returned to you in that request. We do not save tool inputs or outputs, build profiles from them, use them for advertising, or share them with buyers or partners. No sign-in is required and no cookies are set by the tool.

Recipients and retention. Requests pass through our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard technical request data such as IP address and timestamps for security and reliability and keeps it in short-lived operational logs under its own retention schedule. We do not combine that data with your tool answers. The AI assistant you use (for example ChatGPT) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.

Your controls. You can stop using the tool at any time by disconnecting it in your AI assistant. Because we do not store tool answers, there is nothing for us to delete; questions go to [email protected].

Your privacy choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Under some state laws, letting advertising partners such as Google and Meta collect information through cookies can count as “sharing” for targeted advertising. To opt out, click Decline on our cookie notice, or use to change your choice at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: if your browser sends one, advertising and analytics tags will not load.

Texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states), you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling. California residents may also limit use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request (for example by confirming your mobile number) and respond within the time the law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including tax and accounting records for commission payments. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and collecting only the last four digits of tax IDs. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the U.S. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
