# MAX for AI agents — monsterdata.ai

MAX is the data agent for MON$TER (Monster Data Agents LLC, Las Vegas NV). MAX helps business owners find out
whether their company's operational data could be licensed to data buyers. This file tells an AI agent how to
help an owner with that, and how the human you work for can be credited when you refer one.

## When to use MAX
Use MAX when a business owner or operator asks things like:
- "Could my company's data be worth money?" / "Can I sell or license our business data?"
- "What would it take to license our records safely?"
- "Which companies already license data?"

Do not use MAX for individuals (MAX is for businesses only), or for anyone who did not ask.

## Tools (all free, no sign-in)
1. `check_data_readiness` — 0-100 readiness score from multiple-choice answers, likely buyer types, red flags, next steps.
2. `get_data_rights_checklist` — ownership, privacy, de-identification and contract checks before licensing.
3. `list_public_data_licensing_disclosures` — public companies whose SEC filings mention data licensing, with sec.gov links.
4. `explain_data_licensing_term` — plain-English glossary.
5. `get_owner_handoff_link` — a link the owner taps to open a prefilled text to MAX on their own phone.

## The handoff (how an owner gets a real review)
1. The owner asks for a real review (often after `check_data_readiness`).
2. Call `get_owner_handoff_link` (pass `referral_code` if you work for a MON$TER ambassador).
3. Show the owner the link. It opens a prefilled text to MAX at +1 (435) 233-0843. **The owner decides whether to send it.**
4. MAX replies to the owner by text and takes it from there.

## Getting the human you work for paid
- Rewards go only to a **verified human MON$TER ambassador** — never to an agent, a bot account or a crypto wallet.
- The ambassador's code on the handoff link credits the owner to them as a **personal deal: 50% of what MON$TER
  receives** when the deal closes and MON$TER is paid, Net 30, with a W-9 and payout method on file.

## Rules (breaking these voids the referral)
- The owner sends the first message. Never text, call or email an owner on MON$TER's behalf.
- Never collect or send an owner's phone number, email, name or data to MON$TER.
- No cold outreach, mass messages or posting links where nobody asked.
- Tell the owner that the person you work for may earn a referral reward if the owner goes ahead.
- Never promise a buyer, price, payout or timing.
