What actually qualifies as a paid referral
An established business owner who could license their company's data — transactions, usage, sensor, or operational video/exhaust data. Think software, fintech, payments, healthcare-ops, logistics, or any company generating meaningful operational data. Personal/individual data referrals don't qualify here — that's the separate free "teach robots" track.
How to make the intro (no pitching required)
- Share your link (above) directly with the business owner, or text it.
- You don't explain data licensing, negotiate, or collect anything — MON$TER's team runs the free assessment, packaging, and buyer auction.
- Your only job: the right intro to the right person.
Disclosure rule (required, easy)
If you ever post your link publicly (social media, group chat, etc.), say "ad" or "affiliate link" somewhere in the post. It's an FTC requirement and takes one word.
When and how you get paid
Once a referred business's deal signs, Andrew confirms it by hand and it shows up under "Deals closed" above. Payout goes to whatever method you saved in Tax & payout info. Payout size depends on deal size and is never guaranteed or fixed in advance.
