MON$TERData
The Vault · free privacy demo for business owners · 0 bytes uploaded

Don’t take our word for it. Watch it happen.

A free, browser-only demo for owners exploring licensing their business data. It answers the first question every owner asks: what happens to my customers’ info? Drop in a sample export from QuickBooks, your CRM or POS, or tap a demo file. Watch the names, phone numbers, emails and birthdays come out on screen. Then see exactly what a buyer would see.

Not scheduling, reporting or operations software. This page does one job: shows you the privacy step before you decide anything.

Processed locally

Your browser reads and cleans the file. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and the tool keeps working with your internet off.

What it doesn’t do

It is not a HIPAA or compliance certification and doesn’t replace your customer agreements or your advisers. Review the output before sharing anything.

You stay in control

Nothing is shared with any buyer unless you sign a written agreement you approve. You keep ownership. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

The Vault · runs on your device

Try it on a demo file or your own export

Drop in a sample export from QuickBooks, your CRM or POS, or tap a demo file. Watch names, phone numbers, emails and birthdays come out, see what a buyer would actually see, and download a receipt. Nothing is uploaded.

What just happened

1 · It stayed on your device

The file is read by your own browser. No upload, no account, no server. Load the page, switch on airplane mode, and it still works.

2 · People out, operations in

Names, phones, emails, birthdays, street addresses, IDs and card numbers are removed, including the ones hiding in notes. ZIP codes become areas and dates become months.

3 · You get a receipt

A SHA-256 fingerprint of your original file, counts of everything removed, the rule used on every column, and a check for anything still unique per row.

Buyers want how you run, not who you serve

Comes out

Customer and patient names · phone numbers · emails · birthdays · street addresses · tax, insurance and government IDs · card and bank numbers · IP addresses · customer and invoice numbers

Stays in

Job, service and product types · amounts and quantities · durations · statuses · the month it happened · city and state · first 3 digits of ZIP · Staff A / Staff B workload

Vault FAQ

Does my file get uploaded?

No. The Vault runs entirely in your browser. Your file is read and cleaned on your own device and 0 bytes are uploaded. The counter on the tool shows how many network requests the page made after you opened the file.

How can I check that myself?

Load this page, then switch on airplane mode or unplug your internet and drop your file. It still works, because nothing needs to leave your device. You can also watch the Network tab in your browser's developer tools.

What gets removed?

Names, phone numbers, emails, birthdays, street addresses, government and tax IDs, card and account numbers, IP addresses and customer ID numbers. It also reads free-text notes and removes names, numbers and emails hiding inside them.

What does a buyer actually see?

Operating data: what kind of job or sale it was, amounts, quantities, durations, statuses, the month it happened, city and state, and the first 3 digits of a ZIP code. How the business runs, not who the customers are.

What is in the receipt?

A SHA-256 fingerprint of your original file, counts of everything removed, the rule applied to every column, row and column counts, a timestamp and a re-identification check. You also get the cleaned CSV.

Do I need to use my real data?

No. Three demo files with made-up people (555 phone numbers, example.com emails) show exactly how it works. If you do use a real export, it stays on your device.

Is this a legal or compliance certification?

No. The Vault is a de-identification aid that shows the step happening. Review the output before sharing anything, and talk to your own advisers about your agreements and any industry rules that apply to you.
