Walker rules (short version)
- You're an independent contractor, not an employee. Free to join; nothing to buy.
- You earn $10 per verified owner reply: GPS check-in within 150 m of that business, the owner's text arrives within 60 minutes of your check-in, and the owner answers Max's first question. Scans alone don't pay.
- No pay for texts from your own phone, a friend's phone, or any number used on another flyer. Faked check-ins or scans close your account and forfeit unpaid earnings.
- Your 10 businesses are yours for 7 days. Finish the list (check in or mark it closed / not there) to get 10 more.
- Respect "No soliciting" signs, be polite, and leave when asked. Never fill in a text for the owner.
- Paid weekly once your W-9 and payout method are in your free Bank account (bank.monstermoney.ai, log in with this phone number).
- Max offers owners a free, no-obligation look at what their business data could be worth. Never promise an owner a dollar amount or a buyer.
